How I Plan to Lose 20 Kilograms

Happy New Year! 2018 has finally arrived and I hope that you are enjoying it already. Time goes by really fast so it is important to not waste any of it but to spend it on the things that really matter. One thing that really matters to me is to lose weight, which has been a long standing goal of mine. I don’t want to dwell on my past failures when it comes to this but I do want to do better this year than I did in the past years. With that being said, here is how I plan to lose 20 kilograms:


Healthy Eating: There is no questioning the importance of having a healthy eating plan when it comes to losing weight. This has been my weakest point so I am going to make sure that I eat food that is good for my health. I have learned a lot about healthy eating over the years so I have to really improve on this.

Exercising: Exercising is also really important and it definitely helps in weight loss. My aim is to exercise five days a week which will be from Monday to Friday.

Consistency: The only way that I am going to see long lasting results is if I am consistent in eating healthy and exercising. I have to commit to it and work hard and I believe that I will see results.

Positive Mindset: I have given up soo many times on this goal but I have to encourage myself and stay motivated so that I don’t lose sight of why I am doing it and why it is mportant to me. I will not give up on myself any longer.


Start Weight: +-80 kilograms

Goal Weight: 60 kilograms

Due Date: By the end of June 2018
