A Healthy Meal with Ryvita

Happy Monday! Today I thought to share one of my favourite lunch idea with you. I have really been enjoying eating healthier meals and I love to share them with you. On this post I am sharing how I make my Ryvita open “sandwiches”.

A Healthy Meal with Ryvita 2

Ingredients:

– 3 Ryvitas

– Plain smooth fat free cottage cheese

– Tuna (canned in water)

– Avocado

– Salt

– Black pepper

– Tomato slices

 

Method:

Mix together plain smooth fat free cottage cheese and tuna and spread it over one of the Ryvitas. Mash some avocado and spread it over one of the Ryvitas and sprinkle black pepper over it. You can add a bit of salt if you like but you don’t have to. Spread plain smooth fat free cottage cheese over one of the Ryvitas, place a few tomato slices on top and sprinkle black pepper over it.

 

There you have it, a simple, delicious and filling meal.
