My Weight Loss Update – March 2018

I can’t believe the month of March has come to an end, it has passed by soo quickly. Today I have my second monthly update on my weight loss journey. Here is how it went:


The Change:

I have tried to continue to eat healthily in the month of March because it’s very important to eat well in order to see any results. I did exercise a couple of times as well but not as much as I wanted to. This has been a difficult month for me to stay on tract because of the travelling that I had to do, amongst other things. I’m not going to give up but I will continue and improve every month.


The Reward:

I do feel a lot better than before I started this journey so I’m happy about that. I have lost about 3 kilograms since I started which is soo amazing because the scale hasn’t gone down in a long time. I’m proud of myself for coming this far and I look forward to the next couple of months.
