– Chicken breasts
– Pink salt
– Barbeque spice
Place half a cup of quinoa and a cup of water into a pot and bring it to a boil. It will take about 20 minutes for the quinoa to absorb all the water and cook. Mix half of the cooked quinoa with about a half a cup of steamed peas and season with pink salt.
Place the butternut (frozen) in a pot and add a bit of water and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes. Add a bit of cinnamon to the butternut once it is cooked.
Cut the chicken breasts into strips and season them with pink salt and barbeque spice. Add olive oil into a pan and heat it up. Add the chicken strips into the pan once the olive oil has heated up, turn occasionally until cooked. This will take about 30 minutes.
Place all the cooked ingredients into a bowl or plate and enjoy.
