– 1 fresh sweet potato
– A cup of frozen mixed vegetables
– 1 skinless chicken breast
– Barbeque spice
– Pink salt
– Olive oil
Cut the sweet potato into rounds and boil a few of them in water for about 30 minutes (you can also steam them). Steam the mixed vegetables for about 13 minutes. Cut the chicken breast in half through it’s side and season it with barbeque spice and pink salt. Heat up olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast halves for about 30 minutes on low heat.
Plate and enjoy!
