– Woolworths cauliflower noodles
– Olive oil
– Half an onion
– 1 Red pepper
– Curry powder
– Turmeric powder
– Beef strips
– Pink salt
– Canned tomatoes
Woolworths Cauliflower Noodles –
Cut 2cm of the top corner of the bag of the cauliflower noodles, place on a microwavable plate and microwave for 1 minute or until cooked. You can also boil them in salted water.
Beef Strips –
Chop half an onion and cut the red pepper into strips. Add olive oil, onions and red peppers into a pot and cook on low heat until tender. Add the curry powder and the turmeric powder and cook for a few more minutes. Add the beef strips and pink salt and brown for a few minutes. Add the canned tomatoes and cook for about 1 hour until cooked.
Mix the cooked cauliflower noodles and the beef strips together and plate. Add mixed herbs on the top and enjoy!
