– Pink salt
– Chicken spice
– Olive oil
– 1 fresh sweet potato
Season the salmon with pink salt and chicken spice (you can use any seasoning that you prefer) and grill it for about 20 minutes. Wash and chop the kale and steam it for about 10 minutes. Cut the sweet potato into wedges, cook it on low heat in a small amount of water for about 30 minutes and mash it once it has been cooked. Flake the grilled salmon and plate it together with the cooked kale and sweet potatoes.
